TREATMENT METHODS |
During physiotherapy treatment sessions, exercises can be performed to increase the strength of weak muscles. This can be done through running, games, playing ball, trampet work or even exercises in water. Often a programme can be established for the child and be continued at home with regular review from the physio, for example knee pain is very common in adolescents and responds very well to specific exercises. |

A child's physiotherapist loves to have fun. Children are growing all the time and this is why we need to have a full understanding of their musculoskeletal system and the wide variety of conditions affecting children. Each child is an individual and their treatment should reflect this.
