This is a huge area of involvement for Phyzi Kidz with all age groups but especially with the 10-16 year old avid athlete. With all the pressures and desires to get back to play the game at the weekend, quick recovery is essential. Recovering from a sporting injury does not always just happen with time. The rehabilitation can include stretches, strengthening exercises, strapping, running and balance work all aimed at the child’s individual needs for their sport. Therapy can also be vital in the prevention of recurrence. It is much better to prevent than treat! |
